Here you are paying for the location and amazing seaview from the large balcony. The apartment was overall clean on arrival, plenty of clean towels and spare bedding in the wardrobes. I especially appreciated the welcome water, coffee and cakes. There were a good amount of dishes, cutlery and pans. The bonus were a proper tin opener and vegetable peeler which are usually missing in Spanish accommodation. Good pressure shower and good seating on the balcony too. Very comfortable bed. I would possibly stay again as a solo/couple for a few nights given the good price for this area on the beachfront.
As others have mentioned, the apartment needs a full refurbishment. The communal corridors and lifts are not pleasant at all, but these are outside of the control of the apartment owner. Many of the dishes were not cleaned properly by past guests and need a deep clean. I used the same few dishes and washed them before use. I wanted to use the kettle in the cupboard, but the cable was damaged and so unsafe and inside was full of flaky limescale, thus needs replacing. I boiled water on the stove in a pan instead. There was intermittent sewage smell and loud construction work upstairs which was not very relaxing during siesta! Finally, the cleaner showed up before check out time which was off putting and made me rush to get out. She was very pleasant, however not a welcome disturbance.

No dispone de lavadora, estaban haciendo obra en el piso de arriba, entra mucha claridad en cuanto amanece, no hay espacio de almacenaje para tus cosas

La ubicación excelente. Estaba muy muy limpio y la verdad que nos ha encantado la disposición del apartamento como todo lo que ofrece.
Los ascensores de 4 que había , con con dos no se podía contar porque estaban estropeados, eran muy antiguos y tardaban casi 15 minutos en llegar.

Pone que tiene cerca aparcamiento y no es así
El aparcamiento por allí es prácticamente imposible, casi todo es zona azul y sino parking
