My wife and I stayed at this lovely apartment in La Caletta back in September. The place was great, the room was spacious and super clean, and breakfast was always generous and fresh, with baked goods, homemade cakes, and fruit from the garden. The location is a bit outside the city, but it was nice and quiet. The house is really pretty, and it was easy to park on-site, which you definitely need a car for since public transport isn't great. The best part was the host, Maria; she was so kind, always making sure we had a good breakfast and checking that we were comfortable. She really treated us like family.
Sardinia embodies a lifestyle centered on tranquility and leisure; consequently, this property encourages a digital detox by offering limited Wi-Fi connectivity and constrained cellular reception.

Very quiet and pleasant place! The host is a lovely and attentive woman who takes great care of the property and keeps everything clean and well organised. Breakfast was included, with a decent selection, although it wasn’t very large.
Our room had everything we needed, and there is parking available on the property. The location is also very convenient — only about a 4-minute drive from the city center.
There was nothing we really disliked. Perhaps the Wi-Fi signal could be a little stronger, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

Nice room, terrace. New bathroom and plumbing. Very friendly and helpful host. Well-ecquipped shared kitchen. Welcome cold bottle of water which is very helpful. Beach umbrellas may be borrowed.
Far from the beach and city center, which can be reached by car.
No air conditioner. You may keep the doors and windows open however to have airflow, therefore it isn’t too hot at night.
Poor isolation.
Not a very variable breakfast - a croissant, several bakeries, cereals and fruits. No cooked dishes.
