Spacious rooms and bathroom, private balcony.

Had an issue with our original room due to the floods that were occurring in the town when we arrived.
Staff and owner were very accommodating in switching room for us and also gave us a bigger one.

The hotel is located in the old town with a good location. The staff can communicate with each other in a friendly way.
Sometimes without cleaning the room, breakfast choices are difficult because there is no explanation

With the exception of one of the staff who was very helpful, the rest were unenthusiastic
