Great stay in a lovely apartment, quiet pool area and very clean. Great host

Excellent facilities. Every little detail was thought of. Even cleaning pods for the washing machine. Nice quality furniture. We didn’t like the cushions on the bed but the owner soon replaced them for actual pillows which made our sleep much better!

There was an awful smell from the en suite bathroom, especially after using the washing machine so I expect this to be something with the drainage and just needs a professional to look at it. This did not spoil the holiday and I’m sure will be fixed for the next person is the change of pillows is anything to go by

Would stay here again.

Right next to the pool, very well equipped kitchen. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent communication.

Lighting too dim in the patio area at night. Pillows thin and lumpy.

Had a great stay

Ideal location and very handy having a well stocked supermarket onsite, staff very friendly.

No instruction manual in the apartment, to give us certain information. Originally had an issue with the front door, there is a knack to it but would have be helpful to be shown this on arrival.

Pobyt rodzinny

Spokojna okolica, bez imprez. Dla nas lokalizacja na plus - mieliśmy wypożyczony samochód na cały pobyt i nic nas nie ograniczało. Bez auta niestety trochę daleko na plażę. W pobliżu sporo restauracji oraz Aqualand. Basen od razu przy wyjściu z apartamentu. Ręczniki łazienkowe i plażowe w cenie. Apartament odnowiony, choć już widać lekkie ślady zużycia. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - również w przyprawy, kapsułki do kawy itp. Łóżeczko turystyczne dla dziecka w cenie. Pralka na wyposazeniu. Po poproszeniu o drugą suszarkę na pranie została dostarczona. Przemiła obsługa i kontakt ze strony menadżerki Pani Ani :)

Niestety nie ma zmywarki, a jej obecność poprawiłaby komfort wypoczynku. Jedna sypialnia ma świetlik dachowy, którego nie można zasłonić, ani uchylic - zamiast okna tradycyjnego. Niektóre meble są już zużyte i mogłyby zostać wymienione - np. materace łóżek.

Csak ajánlani tudom! Szuper👏

A parttól 1 km- re helyezkedik el, vacsi utáni kis séta pont tökéletes volt haza☺️ Közelben boltok, éttermek, gyógyszertár megtalálható. A szállás szuper volt! Tiszta, szép, minden elvárásnak megfelelt! A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész.

Good location.

The location was good, good restaurants near, grocery store just a minute away, Aqualand just across the street. The place has a good backyard were you can drink your coffee. Anna who greeted us was great, really nice and took really good care of us.

We had some issue with roaches, but Anna helped us with that. The beds are getting a bit old, and there was a bad odour from one of the bedrooms that we couldn't get rid of, Anna told us that they knew of the issue but didn't know where it comes from. Nobody was making sure that other people were following the rules by the pool, so sometime there was trash after people.

Pleasant stay but let down by no curtains / broken exterior blinds and awful sewage smell. Management was responsive

Lovely stay

Enjoyed our stay. House has nice size rooms and the outside place was great for relaxing and sun bathing. Well equipped kitchen and great that there was a washing machine. There were plenty towels, beach towels and bathroom toiletries left for us. There was also washing machine pods, which were useful when the family arrived to join us. It's a steep walk back up from the beach front, but that didn't bother us. The water park is over the road and the young grandchildren loved it. Swimming pool was just outside the entrance door. Rather cold, but it was February time. Kids loved it. Anna who looks after the place was excellent and very helpful. The house was very clean. We stayed for 16 nights and had a great time.

The ensuite bedroom had a strong smell of drains, which seemed to be worse on a night. We had to put the aircon on to get rid of smell, as we were told that we should keep outside shutters closed on an evening. Some of the furniture is starting to look very worn. In the 2 double bedrooms the mattresses could do with replacing. The twin room has a large sky light in, which could be a problem in the summer with an early sunrise. There was no blind to keep the light out. However, it didn't bother our grandchildren.

perfect place for time out - rest and relaxation

A beautiful 3 bed townhouse, modern interior and lovely outdoor space with seating and sun Loungers. little extras like shower gels, washing machine tabs , water , pool towels , etc.. was really appreciated . host /manager Anna was lovely and very helpful. a lovely place to stay .

Relaxing week in fantastic accommodation

Really well furnished, modern. Great outdoor section and really nice communal pool.

Nothing much. Perhaps could have done with having a microwave.

Would definitely use the apartment again, comfy and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to the beach/restaurants and shops etc. Overseas supermarket on site and a local supermarket down the road. Also a few restaurants in 2 minutes walking. Also access to the swimming pool at the front door - literally!

The pool was freezing! There were no sunbeds available, they were all chained up. There was no onsite bar and the complex itself looked a little run down and needed some TLC.

95% will stay there again. My family was ablolutely happy with this aparment.

Parking is available almost always without problem. Not noisy in the evenings or in the mornings. Pull is great, entrance to the pull is directly at the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall an apartment is fresh and met our expectations for good vacation with many kids. Air conditioner in every room. Wife and children are very happy with the apartment- so 10 of 10. Supermarket "Overseas" is literally 50 steps away, which was very convenient for "oh, we forgot soandso" moments. Big Mercadona is 3 min drive away. Playa del Duque, where we were swimming - 7 min drive.

The only very disturbing is the fact, that it is necessary to close the door for night all the time because of burglars (BUT it is a real danger in the WHOLE AREA, not only this apartment). I would be happy to know that before i came. Bed in masters bedroom is not so good, but others were ok. Cot for baby was terrible (clean, but construction is very inconvenient). No microwave oven, which is a bit crazy with small children. We were planning to buy one, but forgot about that while our stay :) . It is not a 5* hotel, of course. I would say it is 9th level apartment stay for sure.
