I liked the location, staff was super friendly and very helpful and the room was fabulous. Clean and very specious. Breakfast was also tasty and there was a lot of option.
There is nothing really that stood out to dislike. Maybe its worth remembering the hotel is located in a busy Thamel, which can get a bit loud at night during the weekend.. But thats exactly why we picked it.

Wonderful room, super clean, and beautifully designed—it’s clear they thought of everything! The location is absolutely the best, and having a great restaurant right in the lobby was a huge plus.
Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

The staff are friendly and super helpful even we arrived at near 4 am, and are always ready to offer help. The suite is spacious and clean.
A bit noisy at night but this is expected as the hotel is located right in city centre. Putting on earplugs would do. Just the toilet is clogged and didn't drain the waste away well.
