A comfortable partment in a very convenient location near the station.

The location was excellent, as we needed to be near Termini station for an early start. We also appreciated the nearby ancient monuments, eg the Baths of Diocletian. The apartment was comfortable and quite spacious, with a large bathroom and good shower. We liked the original features, eg the wooden floor.

Communication with the host was OK in the end, but I had to push for this (I needed a phone message, not just an email, to ensure access to the apartment). The online check-in with passport photos etc was a bit stressful for non-techy people! I understand it now but this was the first time I had come across this demand. (Booking.com should also give more advice about this). The kitchen was small but could be improved with just a few basic items: a large pan, a chopping board and sharp knife, a sink plug and tea-towels. This would enable a simple meal to be prepared, eg pasta and salad, which is not possible with the equipment provided.

The apartment was well equipped. Everything necessary was provided. The bedding, linens, towels, and dishes were clean. Everything was perfect.

Lokalizacja super! Pralka, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Bardzo wygodne materace. Pościel i ręczniki czyste oraz dla wszystkich osób.

Niedomyte naczynia i w ogóle kuchnia wymaga doczyszczenia. Umywalka i wanna też zajdzione. Fakt, wszystko stare jak to w Rzymie ale te zacieki sprawiają niekorzystne wrażenie. Wanna zatkana , nie schodziła woda. Brak mydła. Zameldowanie elektroniczne, po angielsku i bardzo skomplikowane.

J'ai apprécie l'emplacement géographique près de tous les transports, la climatisation des chambres, l'espace du logement, le petit boucaux de café , oreillers en quantité ainsi que les serviettes.

Je n'ai pas aimé le bruit de la rue cause le stationnement des motards, le réveil a 7 heures avec les cloches de l'église, le bruit de la chasse d'eau
