Excellent location
Reception staff really friendly & helpful
Lovely clean room, super comfy bed, lovely shower Fabulous place to stay right in the centre
Only slight downside was breakfast, would have preferred to choose individual items from menu rather than have set menus

Lovely place to stay in Shkoder - in the hub but felt private still. Comfy beds and lovely breakfast options. Great value for money. Thank you for having us. Thoroughly recommend
All great - no negatives!
Thank you.

Spacious and cozy room in the very town center. Easy and last minute check-in. Parking available. The breakfast was very nice. You can pay with card either in € or ALL.
Honestly, the hotel is very nice for the price. There is only the first floor. Unfortunately, the owners (or someone related to the hotel as they were the same people behind reception next morning) were having a loud dinner right downstairs, including children playing around. We even told the staff (twice) to say something but it didn't happen (as I guess they were the owners/someone related to them).
Moreover, the ambient music inside and outside the building was playing until midnight.
In the morning when I told them about this, they only expressed "compromised" apologies, didn't look very concerned, and looking at me they said, have a good day.
Conclusion, good infrastructure, wrong concept of what a hotel means and what a client needs: at least, silence to rest at night.
Finally...clients were smoking in the restaurant of the hotel... I would have had dinner there but, surrounded by smoke... No thanks.
