Great location. Comfy beds. Spacious. There's a large M&S food hall nearby in Liverpool One if you want to treat yourself to a nice meal, beside all the restarurants and cafes close by. And there's a Sainsburys local round the corner as well.
We used the extra duvets (intended for the sofa bed and folding bed) on the two double beds, so we were nice and cosy, but if we had been using all the beds we might have wanted some more to keep warm. But then we didn't turn the extra heaters on.

Superb central location
The lock on door is so so stiff , we had real bother getting it to open , this needs looked at before someone breaks it in the lock

Excellent location for exploring Liverpool,
Very well equipped kitchen and facilities
Fans were provided during the heatwave
would definitely stay there again
Some cosmetic changes required nothing that interfered with our stay

Great location, easy to access, good communication with host.
Bed linen didn't fit the beds and duvets.
Wasn't very clean.
Couldn't wash my hair in the top shower as ceiling very low.
Tv not working properly.
Towels very small
