Lay out, quantity of beds, pool table, presence/availability of washer and dryer, ample towels, ample pillows. Plenty of sitting space. Comfortable beds (except one).
Major overload of wall air fresheners.
Some items need to be fixed or replaced.
There were roaches in the garbage can.
The combination lock was electronic- not convenient for sabbath observant people. Otherwise fine.

The closet doors were not on the track when we arrived and we have two small children .

Easy check in. Lakefront location was ideal for a beautiful change of scenery. We ate breakfast and had coffee watching the sunrise and grilled watching the sunset. House was VERY spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool table. Loved the layout of the house. Comfortable house with lots of room for relaxing in different areas of the house. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The pit was great for grilling! Lots of beds. Washing machine, dryer and BBQ pit was a definite plus.
The door locks could have been of a higher quality. While the kitchen had the basic, good quality cookware, since we cook a lot as a family, we needed more utensils and pots, but we were able to manage with what was there.
