Our room was dirty! The sheets had stains, the tub had hair and dirt in it. The toilet seat was dirty. The wash cloths and towels had dirt stains on them. There was pieces of food in the floor.

The attendant at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room had NO towels (bath, hand, washcloths) in the room. There were splatters of something that looked like excrement on the bathroom walls. The faucet and handles looked disgusting, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The 3 wall hangers were all crooked and looked like they were about to fall off the wall. The closet was gross and looked like what you’d see in a very old home that badly needed remodeling and cleaning. Difficult to tell if the bedding had been changed because it was very wrinkled and poorly tucked in. The chair was stained. The worst part was there was a clear bag of something completely disgusting in one of the drawers below the tv (looked like a mix of excrement and cigars and weed). Husband went to front desk and was able to get 3 bath towels and 3 washcloths but they were out of hand towels. Husband showered and recommended to my son and myself to not shower there.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was an intoxicated guest roaming the property. We had a small child with us so this made us immediately uncomfortable. However upon entering the room, it reeked. The room had not been cleaned, or even swept. The bathroom was covered in mold. The toilet had URINE inside when we entered. There was even finger nail clippings in the main 'living room area'. The towels reeked of smoke. The mini fridge had hair and other sticky remnants inside. We went out and bought our OWN cleaning supplies, as it was a holiday weekend and no other hotels had occupancy. We had no choice but to stay. When we got back to the hotel from purchasing said cleaning supplies, there were police on the premises with the intoxicated man i mentioned earlier. Our room was booked from Friday-Monday. We ended up checking out Sunday afternoon as we saw a roach. The continental breakfast was the only perk of this entire stay... i will not be a return or repeat guest, as I've tried to call to speak with the manager twice now to make them aware of the conditions.

We were there for a soccer tournament my daughter lost fist games were eliminated. Went to hotel to check in. My girls were stocked about the pool which wasn’t working our room was not ready yet and didn’t want to wait so lady at desk was very helpful and allowed us to cancell thank you

I have stayed at the Baymont from previous trips down to visit my son and always the service is excellent. And all previous rooms have been wonderful - comfortable, clean. My friends and I booked the suite this time so that each of us had our own bed. Unfortunately, one pillow case was dirty, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, there was what looked like a cigarette hole in one of the blankets. We got in very late and were leaving the next day so we made due but was very disappointed in the suite. Other rooms I have stayed at were very nice! And the customer service has always been great!

Everything was okay it was my second time staying the first time was perfect the second time wasn’t too good I chose a smoking room the second time and it was full of roaches in the bathroom and the toilet ran all night

We got the double bedroom suite with the sofa bed. It worked out great! It was spacious enough for my family. The hotel is pet friendly so I brought my Bella along. It’s in a convenient area for where I needed to be that weekend.

I did not stay. I checked in, walked up to the room, there were roaches in the bathroom. I walked out, went to check in and told them I would not and could not stay there. I was given a refund for the full amount. I left and went elsewhere.

When i got to my room it was real late i went to take a shower there was red hair in the shower all over the counter top in the sink . When i pulled the covers back hair was all over the bed and pillows . Thats room was not clean at all

Nice area, easy access and staff was helpful. Only problems were people do not know how to pick up after their pets and the AC unit in 117 is so noisy and cannot be turned off

We stay here everytime we go to greenville. Its an inexpensive hotel and nothing extreemly special but its a great location and the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly.

No facial tissues Dispenser there but motel does not have any. I defrosted refrigerator. Buildup so heavy door would not shut. Shows that staff doesn't look for things like that.

The front desk staff is the best thing about this hotel. The rest is not good to very poor. We had to move rooms because things like lights didn't work. The floors were so dirty in our room my feet were a mess. Had to wear flops. This place is in a great location but is in need of a major cleaning and upfit. We paid $177 due to homecoming game at ECU and it was not worth it. I was impressed with the staff all of whom had a great attitude despite the facilities.

The hotel room, which was a suite, was large and roomy, but upon arrival into room there was a strong scent of cigarette smoke. My suitcase and clothing in bag smelled like cigarettes post the trip. The refrigerator was not clean, and the cleaning lady was asked to reclean it. The thermostat in the bedroom was difficult to adjust. The pictures on the site were not the true representation of what the outside of the hotel looked like. There needs to be a lot of external work done on the hotel to make it aesthetically appealing.

Bed was comfortable. Matt at the front desk is an asset to the company. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. The property definitely needs updating. Floors haven't been swept, and also need mopping. Used washcloth still in the shower. AC unit heavily clogged with dust.

I rolled the dice on this property, i didnt do as much research as i usually do. I thought since it was a Wyndham it would be decent. I was wrong. This is a red roof in style lodging. All the rooms are outdoor access, so it does get loud. It also just almost always seems sketchy, obviouslymy personal opinion. The room was a bit less than average when it comes to cleanliness, the floor was very sticky. There were several holes in the walls, and the fridge was dirty. The toilet paper holder was in the wall, but as soon as i go to get toilet paper, it falls out, like out the wall on the floor. Free breakfast, but nothing hot. Served its purpose for me, but wanted to review so others can consider if this meets their needs for lodging before booking.

The bed sheets and comforter was dirty and so was the bathroom. The smoke detector had no batteries. There was dirty spots around the room like they forgot to clean our room. However I called the lobby and they were able to give us fresh sheets the manager was really nice about it.

Staff was great and very accomodating. Had to switch rooms because safety lock in first room was broken. Second room smelled like weed. Had to go and purchase air freshener to get rid of the smell. Bathrooms are extremely small. Floors were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been mopped. I doubt the people at front desk knew of room situation. Like I said, staff at front desk was very accomodating and willing to work with you. It was the other staff not doing their job.Beds are comfortable!

The room was nasty. The floor was dirty, the bed linens were stained and had dirty all in them. There was a faint cockroach in the window next door to me. The tv was a smart tv but you could not use it as such bc they didn’t not have a universal remote so you could only watch local channels. When I called down to the desk about this they just laughed. The air conditioning was set to 62 and tan for 2 whole days but never got lower than 74. The towels were dirty. The only reason we stayed is bc a hurricane was coming and it was family weekend at ECU so no other room were available elsewhere.

Stained ripped sheets, dead bugs, broken toilet seat, wore my shoes the entire time inside room due to uncleanness conditions. Sink had dried toothpaste as did mirror over it. Staff was kind, however, will never stay here again.

All in all, the Baymont isn't that bad. The only issues I had were, there was no soap in the roon and cleanliness left somewhat of a desire (dead bug on bathroom floor, TV remote was sticky).
