I had a great stay here, and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room, the comfort of the beds, and the quality of the breakfast. I wanted to write a special review because of the service I received. I had come into town for a funeral, and I arrived early from a red eye flight and needed an early check-in and without hesitation, they accommodated me and were so kind.

Internet poor - most of time not able to connect. Room key had to be re-set twice. Did appreciate daily housekeeping- bed made , trash out and fresh towels left.

Our stay was wonderful at the Comfort Inn. There were so many so so reviews that I questioned whether it would be a good place. It was really nice! No frills, but very nice, clean, nice staff & comfortable AND reasonably priced!!! There was a beautiful pool, although we didn’t get to use it because of the weather! I would highly recommend staying at the Comfort Inn in Ruskin/Sun City Center again! A

Nice staff and clean rooms. The only draw back was the traffic noise which can be improved if you ask for a room on the back side of the building.

Not a bad place to stay. The first day, the room was not cleaned. We had another day they cleaned the room and did not totally close the door. The continental breakfast was marginal. If you hit it at the wrong time, they did not have all of the offerings.

This property needs major updating. The staff was kind but the property needs a complete remodeling. Broken shower head, scraped up walls, beat up doors, old carpet.... it was like staying at a dingy motel.

My sister, who needs a cane and I did not check in as we did not feel safe for her climbing the stairs and This is a motel without inside hallways (room doors open to the outside instead of to a hallway) and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel.

Property was decent and good but check-in was not good as the guy at the desk mad a copy of both my license and credit card even though I had already paid for the rooms.
Spoke with woman the next morning who assured me they would destroy the copy of my card and license. Have never had that happen before and We travel a lot.

The best part, it was only one night. It was clean, and the tv is updated. Just it. Photos online are from other place. Useful if you are passing through and a storm surprised you.

I dont have anything positive to say about this hotel at all. The front desk staff acts as if youre inconveniencing them whenever you need something. Eventhough they suggest the rooms are 100% smoke free and charge a $20 cleaning if if you smoke in the room, my room smelled like it had been smoked in for 30 years. I wouldn't say the room was unclean, but the bathtub drain was rusty and not taken care of. Tiles were cracked on the bathtub wall. The toilet seat was incredibly loose. Being on the first floor you hear every person that walks by and every car that pulls up. While all of this is bad, the worst part of my stay is that even though I called for a wake up call, I guess they just didn't care enough to set it and I never received a call. Thankfully I didn't rely on them, but I think it just points out the level of customer care provided. Frankly, if you can find any other hotel room, I would suggest not staying here.

This lodging was convenient to a visit to an elderly family member. It was clean, the complementary breakfast offered many options, and the staff was polite. I was concerned that one of the rooms I let did not have an interior safety lock and the pool was out of order one day. My most significant complaint was that the hotel is used by many contractors and truckers pulling in and starting their days early pulling in heavy equipment that is loud.

I liked everything about this Comfort Inn in Sun City Center. The location was next to several restaurants and stores and was within walking distance of them. It was clean inside and out. Check-in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was very courteous, friendly, and polite, making sure my accommodations were adequate. The lady at checkout was very kind, informative and made sure my information was correct for receipt confirmation. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Room was nice and clean. However, a flea bit me on my face. People should not bring their pets in a facility that said no pets and no smoking in rooms - sign at checkin clearly displayed “100% no smoking!” If others obeyed the rules I would have given a 5 star review.

The beds at the Comfort Inn make staying there ok no matter the negatives...which include, for this property, the smell of mold and must in the room, flies in the room because they congregate outside your door, trash left outside from other guests that are not picked up by overnight or early morning staff. There were cracks and peeling paint in our room that indicated a possible leak and no attempt to repair. I did not like how there were so many truckers and workmen staying at this property. The breakfast was very nice. I would have still given this property a 5 if there was not such a strong mold/must smell in room.
