My husband and I came for a kid free weekend to attend a concert and relax. The property was beautiful, just steps to the beach. It was quiet, not crowded and peaceful. Walks on the boardwalk and beach we’re amazing. The property was extremely clean, modern and so cute! The entire process with Mila was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend for couples or families! Looking forward to returning!

Very clean and well kept. Nicely updated and comfortable. Steps from the beach and minutes from endless dining options. Loved the private garage and outdoor area. First class host we will be retuning/recommending to anyone looking for a private place close to the beach.

Place was clean. Host was clear with directions and quick to respond. Location was very good. Only negative, you can tell there were some higher tides recently on the beach, so they have built some sand dunes, limiting some of the view of the water. You can still access the beach and sand. We would stay here again.

The photos really don't do justice to the detail and cleanliness of this condo. While it's only one bedroom, it is quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is updated, well stocked and clean. The entire house was immaculate upon arrival and the level of detail from the host was notable. The peninsula is thriving with activity (not in a SoCal congested way, but a fun vibe) and beach access was literally steps away. Access to from Freeways makes for easy day trips to the city but a nice, secluded feel for being so close to all the LA chaos. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very nicely done and put together place! Ideal location for quick walk to the beach or short drive to an abundance of restaurants. Host, Mila, made us feel very welcome and communication was easy peasy. Icing on the cake was the garage! It rained during our stay, so having a dry place to walk from/into just made things that much easier. Only regret was not having had more time to enjoy the beach once the sun poked through. Will consider staying here again!

This was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Beautiful beach and sunset views in a cozy house where everything seemed to be set up with ease and comfort in mind. Excellent communication and everything just worked for us - really made it easy to get into that relaxing vacation state of mind!

The unit was so clean and located with beautiful ocean views and along a boardwalk. We enjoyed lots of walks and restaurants in the area. Easy communication with the owner. We would highly recommend!

Amazing property, amazing location, wonderful host. Very new and spotless with everything you need, including a garage ( super important in this area) and an amazing mattress! We used this unit for a week as home to tour LA sites and it is perfectly situated. I cannot recommend this property to you highly enough.

This was a beautiful house! Safe, parking was wonderful. Loved the sunsets and walking the boardwalk. Mila communicated well. Not one issue. Very impressive!

The home is perfectly located steps from the beach and a short walk to great restaurants. Home was modern and bright and Mila the property manager was super responsive. We are already planning our return trip!

Excellent location. The home was represented to a tee. Would give 10 stars if we could. Spotless. Very homey. Bed was firm and comfortable. Great kitchen. A lot of nice detail and fun lighting. The view was superb. All around great place. Close to great food and shopping also. We will definitely book this home again.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! My sister and I wanted a quiet weekend where we could relax, do some paddle boarding, and ride bikes along the boardwalk. This house was the perfect location. We paddle boarded through the canals and back bay of Belmont Shores which is located just a block from the house. There is a beach that runs along the bay so it was a great location for putting our paddle boards in the water. If you don't have your own, there is a rental place right on bay within walking distance from the house. Even though the house is not actually on the sand, it's literally steps from it and actually feels like beach front because you get a fabulous view of the ocean from the big front windows in the living area. Perfect for watching some fabulous sunsets in the comfort of your cozy home. It's quite the spot for a romantic dinner if you were traveling with your special loved one. Just saying! The boardwalk right in front of the house is great for walking and also located close to the bike path that leads all the way into Long Beach and Shore Line Village. There are plenty of restaurants near by with great food on Second Street. I highly recommend Saint on 2nd! It was delicious! Basically, this house is close to everything with the back bay within walking distance behind you and a few steps to sand and ocean in front of you. Mila was amazing to work with! Booking was a breeze and she sent me all the check in information laying out all the details prior to us arriving. Upon our arrival the house was immaculate! We were greeted with a nice note and a sweet welcome gift. When contacting her, she always responded immediately. Even during our stay I had a question or two, and again, she responded right away. As much as I hate to admit this, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Mila was right there to help! She sent over her very sweet husband to unlock the door for us. We even got to chat with him for a few minutes. I found both Mila and her husband to be welcoming and friendly. They definitely give you the 5 star treatment and I felt they actually cared about making our stay pleasurable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home. This home is clean and updated. We felt very comfortable. The view of the beach is fabulous!
