An “Italian” get away in Jacksonville that you will enjoy from start to finish. The decor and details on this vacation house will take you to a trip to Italy and its beautiful cities.

About 5 miles from Jacksonville beach, Neptune beach, Atlantic beach, Adventure Landing and Mayo Clinic.

The space
The whole house is provided for your convenience. Private pool, summer kitchen and bbq area, fire pit area and sunroom with board games and sitting space. Indoors you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a family get together. The family room is connected to the kitchen and provides plenty of space for interaction between guests and a TV for movie night. The formal dinning room and the living room have beautiful decoration that will provide a pleasant ambiance for everyone.
All rooms are fully stocked with clean sheets and bathrooms with white towels. We provide with some extra towels for the pool.
We don’t allow parties in or outside the property. If evidence of such is found a fee of $500 will be charged.
This is a family friendly house, decorated with love for other families to share and enjoy.
Guest access
The whole house is available for our guests.
Only the garage is locked and restricted.
Other things to note
Please, NO smoking or vaping in the property. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind, a fine of $200 will be applied at checkout. No parties indoors or outdoors. No extra people without proper authorization of the owners. If the rules of “quiet times” and “NO parties” aren’t followed, police will be called and your reservation will be cancelled.

My family and I stayed here from May 14 to 18 and the place worked out really well for us. The house was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was a nice bonus and we used it often.We had a full group including my wife, our two daughters, one boyfriend, and our grandson, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.We were in town for my niece’s wedding, and the location made everything easy. It was close to where we needed to be and only a few miles from the beach.Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would definitely come back.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed staying in the rental property! The pool was a highlight! There was lots of room for relaxing both in the home and around the pool area. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. It was a short 15-20 minute drive to the beach. We would staying here again sometime!

We had an amazing time with the entire house. The pool...outside eating and the kids had a blast as well. We will be back!
