Marina Park is right off of Frisco Main Street which has shopping, food, and activities all year round. You are not only walking distance to some of the best restaurants Summit has to offer but walking distance to the Frisco Marina, a tremendous amount of hikes, and mountain views. This condo is just seven miles north of Copper Mountain, and a 20 minute drive to both Breckenridge and Keystone. Don't have a car? No worries. Almost everything is walking distance and you can use the free Summit Stage bus which takes you all over Summit County. Have a car? Feel free to use the convenient private 2 car garage that allows for access to the home as well. This exceptional three story condominium features everything you need for an amazing vacation with your family or friends. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area that are on their own floor of the property allow for everyone to enjoy their time at this incredible getaway. The living room features 2 couches and chairs making it the perfect size for all different groups. The dining table seats 8 people. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you and your group would need to cook a nice family style meal. The porch off of this home comes with seating and a gas grill. The first lower level bedroom features a Queen size bed with en suit bathroom The second lower level bedroom features 2 Queen size beds and en suite bathroom The upstairs master bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom along with a private gas fireplace and porch. The loft on the upstairs floor features a Queen size bed STR-014144 Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. The property is in a perfect location. Saint distance to all the shop and restaurants on Main Street and the Dillon Reservoir. Plenty of space to accommodate our family and had all the necessities to make our stay an easy one.

We liked this property so much, I'm almost not sure where to begin. For starters, Frisco is an amazing town to spend time in, year-round. But during ski season (especially when you're not sure which mountains will have the best snow), it's ground-zero in terms of flexibility. We skied Copper, Keystone and Breck all on different days, based upon conditions. We love that Frisco is central to 7 different resorts. Staying in town is also quite a bargain relative to trying to stay at a given resort, and provides many more options for restaurants and shopping. As for the property itself, I think we were the very first renters and feel like we won the lottery when it popped up in our search. The house is immaculate; very nicely furnished; thoughtfully equipped; and even more spacious than the pictures make it seem. The garage was a major bonus--we fit 2 Suburbans inside (yes, seriously). And we fell in love with the heated ski boot rack. This house was lovingly created and outfitted for maximum enjoyment. I'd give it more stars if I could. If you don't love it here, you should probably stay home. Enjoy!
