Spanning three levels, your getaway provides plenty of living space for your entire group. An interior elevator will shuttle you and your provisions between each floor. On the top floor, the main living area showcases spectacular beach views, as well as a cozy fireplace and TV. Find everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the sleek modern kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Handy extras include a large ice maker, a Keurig, and a standard coffee maker. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a private bathroom and direct deck access. Guests who occupy the lower level will find their own den - complete with an entertainment center and kitchenette with a sink and mini-fridge. A converted garage game room offers hours of entertainment with a ping-pong table, foosball table, TV, and video games. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I loved not having to do a lot when it was time to check out. So much less stress!! This property was so well equipped we did not need anything extra.

The place felt like home…..anything we needed, we looked around and found. Never stayed at a rental beach home that supplied spices for stay-at-home cooking- simply loved this place. Only complaint I have is with VRBO- difficult to get anyone to answer the phones- Called multiple times on multiple days.

Shore Sensation has been our "go to" vacation home for many years, and this year was wonderful as usual. We always appreciate the direct beach access, and were glad that this is still the case after last year's hurricane damage; my wife and I saw several houses that sadly had no direct beach access on our morning beach walk. The home has been improved since our last visit, with a new elevator and new seat covers, but it was still the same beautiful home we have loved coming back to regularly.
