The open-concept living and dining on the main floor allows for your much-coveted family time while enjoying the beautiful stone fireplace (wood can be purchased locally!). The home configuration also lends enough space for everyone to spread out when it's right for alone time. You can access the open-air deck from the family living space, where you can breathe in the clean New Hampshire air while enjoying the views of the lake. The lower level boasts a bar and sitting area along and a walkout doorstep to the lakefront. Grill your heart out and surprise your guests with grilled treats thanks to the propane grill available. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Dock details: Max boat length 24FT The dock is located slightly towards the open part of the cove, near the large rock. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Stayed mid September for a week.. The location is close to Meredith by boat which is great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of clean bath towels provided. Fireplace inside was awesome. We only used the microwave. The toaster was not clean and smelled bad. Kitchen drawers were messy and unorganized. Basement linen closet was a mess. The dresser drawers in 2nd bedroom upstairs didn't close properly. All in all this is a lovely house but needs more attention to cleanliness and neatness. Also would be nice to have a clear path to the dock. I did request a portable air conditioner because I have breathing issues, and they did come thru with that request as well as an additional fan. Very much appreciated! When I spoke to Vacasa they told me this house had no heat and was heated by the fireplace only. We were very happy to find out this was not true. There WAS a thermostat! And we put it to good use during the 50 degree nights! I suggest the owners make sure Vacasa has the right info to share with guests and ensure housekeeping does a better job cleaning and better organization of the kitchen.

My family and I loved this house! Nice quiet location, beautiful property, nice big deck for grilling and relaxing, dock was fun to swim off of and the inside was very cozy and comfortable!
