Situated in Bathurst, this lovely house for $234 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in one of the best CBD locations, leave your car and walk to the many coffee shops, cafe’s, clubs, pubs, shops, gyms and parks just around the corner. This modern freestanding 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home offers a nine-foot ceiling north facing sun-drenched open kitchen/dining/living area with a polished concrete floor. The living area flows through room width concertina glass doors to the outside entertaining deck and backyard complete with a fire pit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and a built-in-robe. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds (the built-in robe is however blocked by one of the beds). The main bathroom has a large walk in shower. Modern kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine & pull-out pantries stocked with essential items. Functional European laundry with washing machine, which can double as small bar for entertaining. This luxury home is our home away from home so has everything you would require for your stay including linen and towels. There is a no smoking policy anywhere on the premises as well as a no party policy so if these policies do not suit your requirements, then please do not book our luxury home. If there is evidence of such the entire damage deposit will be charged for additional ozone cleaning. This also applies to strong cooking odours from cooking curries etc. NB. The garage is used for personal storage so is not accessible for guests. There is parking space for one vehicle immediately in front of the garage. Parking is not allowed anywhere else along the driveway as access is shared with the neighbours. Free unlimited street parking is available out the front for additional vehicles. Although we have set minimum night stays, one-night stays will be considered on the day of check in if there is availability so, please enquire by contacting the host.

Rest on Russell is a fantastic home located in the heart of Bathurst CBD. You can walk to the main centre of town which is so convenient. The home was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and cosy and the a/c was much needed this time of year. A nice amount of room in the main living area and thoughtful touches for guests throughout the home.

House was lovely, modern and clean. No coffee machine but RSL has excellent takeaway coffee just around the corner 7 days a week. Easy to walk to most restaurants in town. The only thing I would have liked is a door on the ensuite. Otherwise everything was excellent

We enjoyed our stay with the family. It’s close to the town and a short drive to Orange & Blackheath from winery to horse riding activities. Highly recommended to others.

The property was fantastic. The location was excellent as we could walk to the main town attractions. The decor was very stylish and the amenities were terrific. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were lovely. They seemed to have thought of everything. They provided two informative folders including local attractions and manuals for the various appliances. Excellent communication with the owner.

Spacious modern home in great location in Bathurst. Within walking distance to shops, clubs and Pubs. Beds and furnishings very comfortable. Fantastic host will definitely come back and would recommend to family and friends.
