The staff appeared overwhelmed. Virginia was rude on the phone but appear a little nicer at the desk in person. It’s a beautiful hotel and location. Weekends needs more help
to Support there attitudes. So they can meet the needs of there customers

Very nice place to stay at this historical property. The facility seems to still be in the developmental stages as there are staff shortages and the grounds are not well-kept. I look forward to a finished product!
Though pricey, the rooms are outstanding and the room amenities are very good.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I have stayed in hotels in 3 continents including The Ritz, but Inn at Blackstone is one of my favorites!!
