Obviously the space and location. Big room for Japan standard. Location is excellent and just 1 minute away from Tawaramachi station.

We booked a 5-person room this time at the hotel, and the room's space is large enough for us to stay comfortably. The room has a washer-dryer and a kitchen, which are very useful facilities for us. Its location is near the Ginza Line subway station, so we often take it. I highly admire the staff because their service is good and their responses are very nice.
I often can smell the musty from the carpet on the ground. The reason I think is that the washer-dryer and bathroom create a lot of water vapor and steam inside the room. The room doesn't have windows for ventilation, so I feel the humidity in the air and even in the duvet when I sleep. The hotel provides 2 small packs of detergent every day, but it seems not enough because we, 5 people, have more clothes and need more detergent.

The staff were very friendly. It’s a small boutique hotel. It’s fit my whole family, had a working kitchen, a washer and dryer. If you have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it.
The location is very good. There are two amazing restaurants right outside. I would give these restaurants five stars.
I was on a higher floor. I was on the ninth floor, but the elevator was quick.
