Great location, well priced for the area. Walkable to main Asakusa shopping district. Friendly staff. Very well sized apartments.
Some requests could not be fulfilled - e.g. we needed an additional chair (had to borrow from a neighbouring apartment), and the crib was small for the age of our child - we were told all were the same, but the neighbours had a larger one - which was disappointing - they could have at least been honest and said it was unavailable rather than telling us they were all identical.

Neatly maintained. Very cooperative host.
None to highlight.

This apartment is well located, well maintained and equipped, and is clean and comfortable. It met our expectations, and we would be happy to recommend it to others.
Although we were aware that the property did not have a lift, it would have been nice to have one, given that we were on level 4. The bedrooms were a bit small, and the toilet was on another level to the bedrooms. Luggage storage on Level 1 was quite small, and not very secure.

Spacious
Room smelled so bad of body odor. I don't think the sheets were cleaned well.
The bathroom smelled strongly like wet rag.
"Family room" is on the 5th floor with no elevator. What family wants to climb 4 flights of stairs with their baby???
