Our room was tiny like all Tokyo hotels but because of the “bunk” bed meant we had enough space. Perfect for our son to go to sleep up top while we chilled on the sofa. In a nice quiet area but very close to all the action. Loved the ice machine and communal area.
Our room was on the ground floor which I didn’t like initially but actually was so handy and easy and still quiet.

Clean, convenient location
The "cloud reception" check-in process was clunky and impersonal. Although there were staff there cleaning, they did not welcome me, and I had to call a number to be helped to check in.
