The facilities were clean and the room was spacious, including the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The water pressure in the shower was way too low. Had a hard time rinsing the shampoo/conditioner out of my hair. I did not care for the breakfast, need to up the quality of the food.

Staff were very accommodating and very courteous. This is usually my sticking point. Very good job. Wife and I invited my niece and family to visit us for a few hours and we had the time to relax at the bar. Bartender was very kind and makes an amazing long island.
I do not like the breakfast. I have ate the breakfast at this hotel twice and it always tastes frozen and microwaved. Not impressed. You should check out the breakfast at the Embassy Suites - Waterfront. They have an impressive breakfast.

Room was given very late pass hotel require check in. Room should be define clearly or explain it's design for disable customer. The reason shower water would be in bathroom near the sink walk pathway it's dangerous for someone to slip.
Staff were very professional, food for great and location to my veneu.
