Eigenaresse Barbara is heel vriendelijk en geeft uitgebreid informatie.
Het appartement is groot, ingericht in vintage stijl uit de jaren 70, een beetje gedateerd maar netjes.
Het appartement beschikt over airco.
Je kunt er parkeren en dat is een groot voordeel. Je kunt te voet naar het oude centrum van Gubbio in zo'n 18 minuten.
Het appartement ligt op de derde verdieping en om er te komen moet je 60 (zestig!) traptreden omhoog - er is geen lift. Dit staat niet in de beschrijving op de site van Booking en dat is misleidend.
Op de Booking site is sprake van 2 slaapkamers. Formeel is dat juist, maar in de beschrijving staat niet dat een van de slaapkamers heel klein is (ca. 1,3 x 5,5 meter). Bovendien is deze kleine kamer alleen te bereiken via de grote kamer. Misleidend!
De badkamer onder het schuine plafond is niet echt comfortabel en de verlichting is zwak.

Comodidad de la casa, muy grande y luminosa. Tiene todo para estar perfecto, bien wifi, muy limpia, cama comodídima, parking. Gentileza de la propietaria y atención. A 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico de Gubbio, en una zona tranquila. Anfitriona nos dió muy buenos consejos. Gubbio es espectacular. Casa muy acogedora, cocina perfecta
No tiene ascensor y con muchas maletas es un tercer piso, solo para tenerlo en cuenta

Host gentilissima, la suocera, che ci ha accolto, una persona deliziosa che ci ha dato tante informazioni sulla città. Alloggio bellissimo, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i confort. La signora si è messa a disposizione per qualunque cosa. Posizione ottima, parcheggio a vista in zona tranquillissima. Potessimo dare più di 10 lo faremmo. Torneremo sicuramente

L'accoglienza dell'host, che ha fornito parecchie informazioni utili alla visita di Gubbio. Posizione tranquilla. Parcheggio pubblico vicino.
Mansarda un pochino datata, e priva di ascensore. Bagno minimal. Pulizia perfettibile.
