The apartment is located in a pleasantly quiet Neighbourhood.
It might be a little far from the city center for those that don't have a car, since it is almost 20 minutes on foot from the city center.
However, it is no problem at all for those that have a car.
All of the rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, living room, kitchen) are spacious and very clean and the available beds easily accommodate 5 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery and the host was so polite to leave some small things for our breakfast (especially, some grinded espresso coffee), even though no breakfast is actually included in the price.
The only negative thing that we found is that the mattresses are rather stiff and you can easily feel their springs.
If the mattresses get replaced with more comfortable ones, then there won't be anything negative to report for this apartment at all.
