Overall an excellent stay. Our host was very friendly and kind, taking the time to explain everything in person and letting us know of some of the sights we might want to see. She was also very responsive and helpful when we messaged with questions. The room itself was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well-equipped. A small fridge with bottled water was also available for our use just outside our private room. As we like to buy fresh fruit to eat in the mornings, access to a fridge was a nice touch. We very much appreciated the fact that mosquito screens had been installed so we could open the windows for fresh air without being bitten. The breakfast was provided at a bar just down the street (hot drink and pastry) and was very fresh and tasty. The location was very walkable, with easy access to both the old town and the newer area just across the bridge.
We found the bed a little hard for our liking, but we recognize this is an individual preference. The bi-fold door to the bathroom was quite sticky, just a minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but it was a bit frustrating when getting up in the night to use the bathroom.

situation en centre ville mais au calme; très bon accueil; petit déjeuner agréable dans un établissement à proximité; ascenseur;
parking public un peu éloigné et des escaliers pour accéder un logement;

The room is perfect—spacious, comfortable, and clean. It has double-glazed windows so you can enjoy la vita italiana during the day without being disturbed at night. The owner is absolutely charming in every way, offers helpful advice (thank you for the tubettini con le cozze), and is very accommodating. Thank you for making this stay such a wonderful memory. We highly recommend it.
Nothing to report, just perfect
