Best apartment we had in Sri Lanka !
You feel really welcome, the owner is very friendly, the apartment is huge and very clean for such a low price !

Located halfway between Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach, this apartment is about a 10–12 minute walk in either direction. It’s close to some great local restaurants and a friendly bakery, which was really convenient.
The owner, Suresh, was very helpful and responsive, kindly allowing an early check-in and even sharing his wife’s delicious coconut roti and sambal — a lovely personal touch.
We rented the top-floor apartment, which was modern, clean, and had a big TV. The apartment also has AC in the bedrooms, a good kitchen, includes a washing machine, and has very good water pressure, which made our stay very comfortable.
The apartment is located on the main road, so there is some traffic noise, however sleeping was fine in the rear rooms with door closed. There is no hot water, but the water pressure is excellent, and given the warm climate it wasn’t a big issue.

Снимали второй этаж. На втором этаже 3 комнаты, душевая совмещенная с туалетом и большая кухня посреди этих комнат. Комната 1 выходит на дорогу, шум от дороги в этой комнате очень слышно. Комната 2, окна выходят на сад, но вид на сад лучше смотрится из комнаты 3. Комната 3 немного меньше комнаты 2 и из комнаты 3 лучшие виды на сад и на жителей (павлин, птицы, бурундуки, ящерицы, варан) напротив комнаты 3 находится санузел. Все комнаты оснащены кондиционером сбоку и вентиляторов. Выдаются полотенца, кровать и подушки удобные, но есть с чем сравнить, поэтому по 5 бал шкале я бы дала 4. Ванных принадлежностей нет. На кухне имеется холодильник, стиральная машина, 2 кастрюли и 2 сковороды, один острый нож, 2 разделочные доски, два стакана, несколько кружек и бокалов, а также тарелки с приборами. Хозяин следит за домом и садом, все чистенько.
Большой минус, который испортил все пребывание в этом отели. В день отъезда приехало за нами такси, хозяин дождавшись такси закрыл ворота, чтобы мы не смогли выехать, а сам пошёл проверять все ли вещи на месте. Не досчитался стакана, который стоял в холодильнике. Мне конечно было не по себе, что вот так можно себя вести и не доверять людям

Le propriétaire a été particulièrement serviable et nous a bien rendu service en apportant des médicaments à mon père malade.
Très propre, un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande fortement.
Privilégiez les chambres côté jardin car la route est un petit peu bruyante tôt le matin .
