Really enjoyed the layout of the resort, the meals, and the spa facilities. The lobby is very open and lovely. The fresh fruit juice upon arrival was a very nice touch.
There was a problem with my billing. They billed my credit card incorrectly and it took the duration of my stay to resolve due to the different time zones. However, we got it straightened out and they were very apologetic for the error.

Location was good
Cheap ikea furniture, not functional kitchen, no pots / pans or even a knife. So essentially not functional, had to ask for dish washing liquid. Placement of furniture of areas for bathroom accessories soap etc not available, cheap diluted soap for baths, no shampoo etc. kitchen food meager for breakfast, flies etc but they did cover the food when asked! Good marketing but not up to what they advertise. Staff were nice but need training. Not even close to any standard so far. Lots of potential but poor output.
