The place is nice to stay, just a little improvement to the security guards team. But overall, it's a pleasant place

Owner did not arrange my entry, no stay, refuse to return money...

There is nothing I can like about the property. But the owner reminded me that there are evil creatures in the world. So I pray for salvation. That is good.

The owner did not arrange my entry to the property. When called, the owner hung up while talking with a security guard. As a result, guards refused my entry. So I did not stay. But the owner did not return the money. To clarify to the owner, who may say "everything was sent by email" - what you sent to my Gmail was a move-in clearance form. According to duty security guard, it was not proper format of an endorsement letter. "No endorsement letter, no entry," they insisted. I wish you could clarify to the guard in patience. Thank, Lord, I found another accommodation easily. I try not to judge you, because it is only Lord who judges if you should be punished or not for your deeds. In reply to the owner's reply - I never received a phone call from you. I have evidence and the mobile phone company would be able to prove at the court.

Make sure the pre-entry arrangements are done on time!

There was a technical issue on the booking process to accommodate us; however, the owner was generous enough to amicably solve the issue, giving a trust to choose the property for the next trip.

The property needs additional arrangements sharing your ID in advance to allow the property owner to coordinate your smooth entry to the premises implementing strict access measures (which is in a sense good for security purpose as random people would not loiter there). That means, in addition to easy-clicks on this site, you need some labours, taking photo of your ID, email exchanges to receive required documents etc., which can be a challenge particularly for the last minute booking. Please make sure your communication devices - mobile phone, email and Booking.com app are active on site so that you can enjoy a pleasant and beautiful stay as most of the other guests shared their experiences

The location is very close to restaurants and the mall

The airconditioner in both rooms are too noisy. There is no paper towel or refill of toilet paper. No iron provided and no hand soap provided in the kitchen. Location of the television is very inconvenient and the refrigerator has a fowl odor. No oven but at least theres a microwave and rice cooker.

we had a great stay, we'll surely book again

cool and comfortable. had issues with parking but the staff was quick to respond and gave us a resolution right away. location is very close to SMX. easy to get a cab. we cooked, grab delivery was also easy.

Our stay here was great, however would be best if the sink in the bathroom is draining well.

The place is nice and clean. Location is close to Abreeza mall and is quiet. I had a good sleep, bed was comfortable. The AC in the bedroom was very cool. Has a small kitchen, so we were able to cook breakfast. Owner was very responsive. Had some issues such as lacking of bedding for the extra mattress, broken water heater, and no internet connection but the owner was quick to help and sent stuff the next morning.

The bathroom sink does not drain well, the water is pooling. I forgot to mention this to the owner but I assume she is aware. Free parking outside the building is available but is very limited.

We had a comfortable stay and the beds are enough for us. We had a good sleep. Will surely stay here again.

Near the city center. Easy and smooth check-in… located on the 2nd floor so it is easier to access the unit.

The flush in the toilet room isn’t functional.

Wasn’t very nice. Check in was stressful as email sent to us a bit late for the exact location of the place.

Location

It’s hard to find even taxi driver don’t know where it is. Owner/Manager should send an email a day or two ahead about all the instructions, property details etc. as travellers like us take off from our country of origin to the Philippines and there’s no way we can read emails anymore unless we are connected with a wifi in a foreign country. I mean, they should advertise the property that it’s inside the Camila homes Bajada not Vitoria Suites so it’s easy to find. It was a nightmare looking for this place to check in. We already hop on 4 different taxi drivers before we find the place. Luckily there’s a Good Samaritan in there who also manage the place ringing the owner of the unit we booked. We arrived in Davao at 7:15pm were all very tired and we didn’t come in in the unit until almost 11pm and have some dinner. The place, both aircon was noisy, very small kitchen and bathroom has cockroach on the floor when we were there. Bed is a bit hard but we get what we paid for. Overall not too bad.

Excellent and it's like we're in Ardennes!!!

Actually the stay was excellent, since we booked with 6 including children. We enjoyed there perhaps a lil bit small but was cozy enough to accommodate our needs.Definitely I'm coming back in!!!To Ms Vickie thanks and see you soon maybe!

The condo unit was good. Recommended.

the bed were for 4 people only. there was no extra futon. The parking was limited, its hard to find a spot.

Deceiving…!I won’t advise people to trust the pictures they see on the website

I will not be able to comment due to we arrived at night time and just have to sleep

The property is not what it showed at the booking .com the pictures how it look and reviews are far from what I see on actual. No water heater.. no showers not working .there’s no water dispenser we have to use the water manually. The security has to ask us to write the guest list aside from checking there log books?? Given to them by the agent who is looking after the property..because the list of the guest was submitted to them already . To booking.com the taxes are high.. if it was 21,100+ ( tjis is what I thought have to pay) —- staying in Davao with condo and apartment I won’t advise anyone at all.. they’re decieving. They may need to update there pictures on the website .

One of the best spots to stay in Davao City!

The check in process was very seamless. No hassles at all. The host was was accommodating and friendly. I also like the interior designs of the rooms. The view from our room overlooking Davao City lights was also perfect.

The parking space process. I understand that I had to pay for parking. What I didn't appreciate was the security guard at Building 4 had no change for my payment and I was surprised as to why he didn't turnover the change to the next guard on duty. We needed to get the change as we'll be checking out earlier the morning after. I found out, just basing from the staff I spoke too that the guards are not allowed to take parking payments. They are doing it as sidelines. I have nothing against them, I have an issue about the process. What's good though is that the change was given to us before check out. If it wasn't, all hell could break lose. This needs to be corrected onset.

Nice location and indeed a proper view from the balcony, awesome interior very stylish apartment.

Non working TV the Induction stove popped the fuse and the appliance broke down, sparks in power lines,.....after mentioning the proble m the management refused any discount arrangement due to the faulty kitchen. God bless but rather look for a modern well wired apartment, the staff told me about the weak infrastructure, also bloody noisy AC

Good location, better for small groups and short stay

Location - very strategic, near to airport with direct access to diversion road, also near to city center, major malls, hospitals, fastfood, convenience store Security - as it is situated inside a condominium complex, there are security guards roving around Design and facilities - unit has homey interior design with lots of decors on each corner. They have strong wifi, smart tv, fridge, etc. They also have minibar inside the fridge with few foods and a beer.

Beds - we were a group of 6, and sleeping arrangements weren't what we expected. The Pull-out bed inside the master's bedroom is hard to pull, and the room has very limited space. We ended up using their extra futon but can only fit 1 pax. Unit is best for 4 pax only so everyone can sleep comfortably. Towels - only 4 was provided (their standard per owner) even if our reserved head count was 6 pax. So some of us were sharing. AC - 1 of the ACs has no cover (not pleasing to see and touch), we're told that the previous guest has damaged it, and the repair man did not arrive before we checked in. Supposedly, it will be repaired the following day, but then again, there were some reasons it's not fixed for the whole duration of stay. Bathroom - several problems/damages were noticed such as missing hook for the bidet and shower head, and slow drain in the sink Flat Iron - no iron board provided and and the iron itself is quite dirty. There were some burnt marks on the hot plate. Cleanliness - Overall, it's okay, but there are corners with cobwebs, and some feel iffy.

Not recommended for long stays

Location. Staff trying real hard to assist.

Poorly managed residences. Unclean rooms, incomplete amenities, noisy aircon. Unclear communication; Was given mixed up room numbers.

Overall, the place is nice, comfortable and clean.

We had a great stay. The place is clean and with complete utilities. The location is just within the heart of the city, near to the hospitals and malls.

Utilities should also be checked because during our stay, the microwave has sparked inside so we immediately turned it off and never used it again.
