Easy check-in check-out process. Room very clean. Comfortable for four adults stay. Provides complete household and kitchenette equipment. Connecting to Setia City Mall. Luv it.

Comfortable, air conditioning is good, house clean
Tv sometimes unable to connect with internet
Door lock problem due to low battery should change the battery
Staff didn’t respond when I message thru apps. No number to WhatsApp link direct to owner. So unable to sent pictures once we surrender the key

The location is good, next to a large shopping mall and Setia Alam convention centre. Room is spacious and equipped with kitchen utencils and microwave oven. Located on level 31, so the view is good.
Broken furniture, leaking kitchen sink, freezer of refrigerator is clogged with ice, my family had allergy to their bath towels and blankets.
