Access cars problem

Facility so far okay and complete

Access card problem , cannot entry door lift. Time want to touch access card door cannot open same time to out from door at lift. We in and out just follow people but very sad because access card so important. If broken how to enter apartment? And how to go out? Hope upgrade or settle this issue. If no people near i think i still wait staff contact back. Because since 1am until now (night on same days) still no reply.

Nice place to stay.

Unfortunately during my stay 3 lifts is out of service and had to wait for very long time to use the lift since it’s always full. Just that, the rest were fine.
