Good facilities .comfortable
Lots of cobwebs in the shower and bathroom . Tv in odd place. Check out time far too early.

Beautiful home. Lovely linen and towels provided. Peaceful and quiet location. Welcome pack lovely. Great kitchen/cleaning basics supplied and handwash.
Cleaners need to do a better job with the cobwebs due to the age/type of property. Someone broke the metal cafetière before we arrived, you might want to replace as not everyone wants to use/buy Nespresso pods or purchase takeaway coffee daily.

The house was very pretty and everything we needed for a 3-night stay, for a family of 3. Well-designed with lovely curtain fabrics, wall art and deco, and felt homey. Kitchen was very well equipped and even the china was carefully-selected (not e.g. Ikea). Washing machine was clean and useful. Comfy beds -good sleep. Port Isaac is a lovely small village (with very narrow streets) and a good location to visit North Cornwall. We would happily stay there again.
We would have appreciated some very basic supplies to be available in the kitchen e.g. some coffee capsules and tea for the first morning. Cleanliness was not up to scratch -several cobwebs around the house (pity for such a property) and the garden was not prepared to welcome guests (it was lovely to have the garden nonetheless). We did not appreciate all the instructions before departure e.g. to take out the rubbish, remove the bed sheet and towels and place them in the laundry bag, and generally, ensure we left the house in exactly the same condition as found -part of rate goes towards cleaning services. The road to reach the property is very narrow and one should not approach through the town. (These comments are well-intended for the owners to consider in order to improve the experience at this lovely property)

The furniture was really uncomfortable in the living room. The sofas were in a strange position and not very comfortable to relax on. The tv was in a weird place too so you could not really see what you were watching. The directions to the property need to be revised too. If I had followed the directions I would have ended up getting stuck in town as my car is too big. You need to advise people to come down church hill bank and provide a picture of the car park too.
