About this cottage rental
Cozy but spacious newly remodeled studio cottage with all the amenities of home. A great place to relax after spending a day at Sequoia Park. Located near the only grocery store in town with several eateries nearby. Has a full kitchen with everything you will need to make your own meals. Relax in the morning on the front porch with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Only a 12 minute drive to the entrance gate of the beautiful Sequoia Park.
Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.
Normally you will see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers during this time of the year. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We offer an all new remodeled cottage in a park like setting. Located within walking distance of the town center, restaurants & grocery store. This studio comes with a fully stocked kitchen, so if you like to do your own cooking you have everything you need. Outside seating to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings.

We have had minimal experience using Vrbo with this stay only being our second booking. We truly enjoyed the cottage. The location was good and even though we were in a duplex type of setting it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was the perfect size for just the 2 of us and it was well furnished. After spending the days hiking in the heat, we were completely comfortable and able to relax in the evenings which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and we were able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature for us. The only things that surprised us was that for our 4 day stay, there was only 2 wash cloths provided (which was a quick and easy fix with a trip to the Mercantile) and the main thing was the smell of the water for showers and brushing our teeth. That may be completely normal for the area or for the small town, but for us it just took us by surprise. We would completely recommend this lovely little cottage for anyone visiting the Three Rivers area.

This was a very quiet and quaint cottage. Owners worked with our chemical and synthetic fragrances so our sleeping experience was good. Had some difficulties with TV/Internet initially but they were quick to try to resolve. Would definitely stay again.
