Situated in Colonial Beach, this charming house for $205 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. It's a Beautiful Day Cottage, Spacious, Pet Friendly, Plenty of Parking, Fenced Yard, Tons of Amenities and Walking Distance to The Town of Colonial Beach. This home will offer you a quaint front porch with ample seating area, just 5 quick minutes to the Main Beach Town Area and Public Beaches. This cottage offers a 2 level floor plan with 2.5 bathrooms, Office Area with Desk, Sectional seating in the Living Room that provides a comfortable living area and extra items for the little ones, such as a pack n play with added sheets and 2 baby gates to section of the interior steps. The Kitchen, Dining area is adjacent to the Living Room area that walks outdoors to the back deck area. The backyard is fenced for your fur babies to have a full run of the yard, Grilling and Firepit will provide you all the amenities of Home ! We have had corn hole and outdoor games that are stored in the garage, which also includes beach chairs and cooler for your days at the Beach! The Office area provides you a large desk area, wifi and plenty of space to bring your work while your family plays at the beach! The upper level provides 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms ( King, Double and 2 Twin Beds) The home has central air and heat for a full home comfort, carpeting in the bedrooms and wood flooring on the main living area. The garage space is open to store your beach toys and the parking is available up to 3 cars. This is home is available for short term rental up to 90 days during the off seasons of October through April for monthly rates please contact our office. Our Prime Season is May through September with a 3 night minimum stay. We're pet friendly, pets do require approval and a max of 2 pets please. Our cleaning fee includes towels and linen services. We provide a full kitchen with glass ware, plate ware and all your cooking needs with coffee area. Washer and Dryer is located on the lower level. Our check in time is at 4PM and check out time is 11AM. We're a golf cart community and can provide golf cart resources for that fun golf cart experience and easy access to move around the beach town! Please visit Virginia attractions.com for all your event information. Rent your golf carts with TNT Golf Carts 540-280-7009. Options for drop and delivery may be provided. Enjoy some of our Favorite places: High Tides, Docktide Tiki Bar/Beach for outdoor music, Oom Boom and Orchid Thai for the Best Sushi, Ice House for the Best Sunsets and Colonial Beach Brewery for those cold craft Beers! We offer a 10% discount on your rental rate for Military, LEO and First Responders

We wanted to try a new approach to a beach vacation. Renting a house instead of a hotel. It was an absolute game changer. The property manager was so kind and helpful, also very responsive. The home itself was incredible. So homey and you could tell the home was filled with love. It also has everything you could possibly need for your stay. If you forget anything, I promise they have it. The location makes everything walkable. We highly recommend the Ice Cream Hut and Orchid Thai. Colonial buzz had a delicious cinnamon bun special that was so delicious! We can’t wait to come back and do it all again next year ! It was so quiet and peaceful and we truly enjoyed every minute we were there.

We stayed for an end of summer weekend getaway from the city. The house was perfect, clean and a short stroll to beach. We are already thinking about when we can go back!

Loved the garage and our time on the front porch! The home was exactly what we needed. Enjoyed golf cart riding everywhere, the beach, Ice Cream Hut, High Tides and Dockside. The home was stocked with plenty of towels, disposable plates, all soaps and spa lotions. We plan to return!!

The house had everything that we needed and more. The location was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and Ice Cream! After inquiring about baby supplies the owner immediately went out and provided baby gates and pack and play for us. Owner provided lots of information and responded quickly.

House was very nice and met needs of our small family and 1 dog. Very clean, nicely furnished and newer appliances. Short walk to North end of the beach and to the main business area. Very much enjoyed staying here.

This property is located in a great area. Short walk to the water. The house is very comfortable and relaxing. House was just like the description in the post. Mattresses are very comfortable which is very important after a long day out with family. The full kitchen was nice. Added bonus the coffee machine. The host is easy to communicate with . Check in was easy. I highly recommend this place if looking for somewhere in colonial Beach .
