Seems to be an up and coming area. Within walking distance to downtown, although we took an Uber due to the weather. Comfortable beds. Able to bring our fur babies which was a big plus! We’ll stay here again for sure.

The home has been beautifully remodeled, with a fabulous and well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances. Unfortunately we did have an issue with the dishwasher, which can happen to anyone, but the owner kept us informed about progress, and all the other high-end appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfasts and lunches for our extended family, including a toddler, a pre-teen, and a teenager. The area was not “fancy” but was nice and quiet, so we had no problems there. And the owner was super-responsive, answering our questions almost before we could ask them. We would definitely book this home again!

Overall the property supplied our need for lodging. Let’s see where to start. The entrance to the property is off the ally, normally that’s not a problem, but the neighbors facing the property were a cause for concern and the activities that were taking place, was alarming to say the least. There were many lurkers as we were pulling but commenced to come out of places of residence to stare. Also, parking on large rock gravel was not the best choice for out of town guests just worry about tires. The unoccupied cars (seeming to be inoperable) facing the property looked to be living quarters for squatters. Inside the property, at first glance, was clean, upon further inspection, the bed linens were filthy (bed skirt have not been laundered for some time now, it was apparent, in all rooms, actually. Then there was a stain that appeared to be remnants of blood, front bedroom sheets, again in need of new linens. Please completely wash all linens but T hose bed skirts need to be replaced. There was a slight smell of gas we gathered it being from the water heater area it was not real cause for concern. Otherwise, the property was nice enough to get us through the time we needed to be there. Thank you for the stocked snacks, coffee and property availability. That was certainly a very nice touch as well as other things like make up remover being individually packaged to help remind visitors to keep towels free from makeup. I surely appreciated the newer towels.

The home is very stylish and was perfect for our needs. The showers were the nicest of any VRBO we’ve had. For us the only draw back was the location being at a busy intersection and a bit noisy. Overall, it did not cause much of an issue unless you’re a light sleeper and sleep in the front bedroom. There was plenty of parking in the designated area in the back alley. We loved the proximity to downtown and the fenced yard for our dogs. Highly recommended!

The condo is close to all of the things you need to be near downtown; the parking is limited, but easily accessible. Everything was clean and well taken care of; the filtered water in the fridge door indicated that the filter needed to be replaced as well, the bottled water dispenser ran out, so, having an easy replacement, for those items would be helpful for future guests. A posted phone number or a number to text would have been helpful. The condo is directly across the street from a Burger King at a gas station; there is quite a bit of noticeable road noise out front; we remedied that just by putting on some brown noise through YouTube and we slept fine. The bonus snacks and amenities were a nice touch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again.
