About this house rental
Situated in Indianapolis, this charming house for $330 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Whether it's your first time visiting Circle City or you’re a frequent visitor, our lovely home is the ideal space for you and your guests. With sleeping space for 8, be it a trip for business, pleasure, or a little bit of both, you’re going to love it here! There are multiple fun living spaces for your group. All of our bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and high-end linens to ensure you get a great night's rest (your comfort is important to us!). Conveniently located just minutes to Downtown (with skyline views from the backyard!), enjoy a home away from home just a short drive to all of Indianapolis’s best and most fun attractions, dining, shopping, and more. Please note that there is another unit upstairs that hosts other guests, outside spaces are shared but there is no indoor interaction between units. ** KEY FEATURES ** -Smart HDTV in living room (use your login for apps) -Fast and reliable WiFi/ Internet -Washer and dryer on-site -Fresh linens, towels, soaps and shampoos -Fully loaded kitchen with new appliances including stove, standard coffee maker, microwave, and more! ** BED CONFIGURATION ** Bedroom #1: Two Twin beds (upstairs, please note one of the beds is very firm memory foam) Bedroom #2: Two Queen beds (upstairs) Bedroom #3: Full bed (downstairs) Common Spaces: 3 couches that fold out as single beds (two in living room, one in side room near largest bedroom) ** DETAILS TO NOTE ** -The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is contactless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -Ice Maker is temporarily out of order -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. Had a wonderful weekend for the football game. The field was in sight of the house and it was a short walk to it. We had no issues with the property at all other than we couldn’t get the dishwasher to run. That could be our fault though.

The house was not well labeled so I did not know what door was ours when we arrived. I had to call and ask about it since there was nothing in the instructions sent to us. And this lack of labeling the Unit A/B was even more clear when at 12:40am the guest for the next unit came to our front door trying to open it up since they were checking in and didn’t know which door was theirs. My husband greeted them with a gun pointed their way since he thought they were breaking in. The downstairs bathroom- tub/shower leaks everywhere so it was not usable for anything more than toilet and sink. The banister upstairs is cracked and luckily my kids are old enough to just tell not to touch it. But that was not safe. And I was disappointed in the amount of dust everywhere. The location did work well for us and we made the home work for us. But I would not stay there again.

This property is located conveniently close to all things downtown Indy! 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths were great for the 4 of us. Coffee shop down the street and fun breweries very close.

The unit and location were wonderful with great communication and very clean. Bedrooms worked out perfect - only complaint was the mattress on the downstairs bed - definitely needs to be replaced. Kitchen could use a use a wine opener but otherwise we loved it!

We were in Indianapolis for the marathon and the house was perfect! It was a great location and totally comfortable for the runners both before and after the race. And, we were walking distance to Amelia's, a wonderful bakery that we just happened to find.

The location is great to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was an easy half-mile walk. The house was perfect for our needs and the experience was what we hoped for. Highly recommended.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in this home. It is very spacious, with lots of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location was very good! We walked half and ubered half… the walk to monument circle/downtown was 15ish minutes and the Uber prices were in the $8-$15 range. Great stay!

Myself and 5 other guys from my Masonic Lodge made a trip to Indy for a conference. This location suited us perfectly.
It was very clean and in a great neighborhood, walking distance to sever great locations as well.
Only thing I would say is if you get cold easy, stay away from some of the windows, they are a bit drafy. But not unbearable.
I would definitely stay again at this location.

It was very clean and in a great neighborhood, walking distance to sever great locations as well.
