You have lots of space with 1550 sq ft of living area, outdoor patios with comfortable chairs and a table for eating outside. And you are located adjacent to the 16th hole of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, which is open to the public, and you are a short walk to the club house. Mountain Shadows has 6 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and pickle ball. It also has beautiful grounds to explore. Features: * Four full bedrooms with five beds and no fold out couches * All beds have brand new mattresses and pillows * Office space in the downstairs bedroom for remote work * Fast internet at 338 Mbps * Fully equipped kitchen * Dining room with seating for 8 people * Great outdoor patios with mountain views * Beautiful grounds with 5 pools, 2 tennis/pickleball courses, and a jacuzzi * Complex is on the 14th, 15th, and 16th holes of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort * New floors, new paint, and new furniture The townhouse has a living room, dinning room, kitchen, bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. There are patios in both the front and back with comfortable chairs and a table and chairs for eating outside. There is a covered parking spot right outside the unit and plenty of guest parking in uncovered spaces. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two twin beds. And the fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed and a desk for working. There second bathroom upstairs has a combined bathtub and shower. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need (except the food) for cooking great meals. We do provide basics such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, etc. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. And there is a charcoal grill on the patio. The Mountain Shadows complex has beautiful grounds and is located right on the 14th, 15th, and 16th holes of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. The place has 6 pools with one of the pools literally outside the front door of our unit. There is also a hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball court, and a small library with books you can borrow.

We enjoyed seeing hummingbirds at the flowers next to the patio, playing tennis & pickleball with paddles/rackets from the community library, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The location was great for hiking excursions to Joshua Tree, San Jacinto (via the tram) and Tahquitz Canyon. We would happily return.

This was a great place to stay! My husband and adult son stayed for the weekend. The place is nice, comfortable furniture, good linens, nice patios. We didn't use the amenities, like pools, etc, but they were available. Community was very quiet and well located. Easy check in; responsive property mgr and owner. Would definitely recommend this place. We had a great time!

We booked the condo for a golf trip. The location is great with a secure gate for extra piece of mind. There are several very good golf courses within a 10 minute drive and good dining options nearby. Downstairs bedroom has a fold out couch that is probably better for young people, but we made it work! Next time we are in PSP, this will definitely be at the top of our list!

The accommodation was great. All the advertised details were 100% accurate, clean, modern. Great location - quite close to airport and other sites in the Coachella Valley. Full facilities - great heated pool and hot tub. Came extremely well supplied with top quality sundry items. As a bonus, the grapefruit will delicious and either given away by friendly neighbours or pickable from various trees.

It is a great condo, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of a gated community, at Tahquitz golf and CC. We had a fantastic time. Craig provided a complete description of how everything worked. Chris the property manager was available anytime. We had no problems with the condo. Location was close to everywhere. We used the pool and hot tub, only a few steps away. Beds were comfortable. We had many towels. Kitchen had all the appliances and things like sugar, salt, black pepper, even cumin. High speed internet via WiFi throughout the condo, and TV were available. Going in and out by car was easy with the remote gate opener. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks Craig and Chris for your hospitality.

First I would like to say that the check in process in communication with the host was fabulous! He always got back to us within minutes of any questions we might’ve had. The property itself while a bit dated and decor, was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. The property itself as well located close to downtown And the husbands enjoyed the golf course very much. It is very close to the airport, so there is some plane noise but it was also very interesting to watch the planes taking off. The neighborhood is very dog friendly so there is a bit of barking here in there. All in all, we had a very great stay and would definitely stay there again.
