Nice large home in nice quiet neighborhood. Our family of kids and grandkids numbering 16 we’re comfortable. The fenced back yard allowed the grandkids to play nicely. Location made it easy to get to our venues. Loic was easy to communicate with.

Pros--The beds are numerous and comfortable. The theater room is outstanding. The location is convenient. CONS--The house was not clean. Caulk in bathroom shower was black. Dishwasher reeked when we opened it. Used filter in coffee pot was moldy. We were a group of eleven women with only thirteen towels and eleven wash clothes to last us three days. The kitchen-- only enough mismatched plates and utensils for one meal before rewashing; no wine glasses. Knives had gouges out of them, no serving dishes, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap. One new sponge for sink and a nasty sponge wand.We bought paper towels/toilet paper. Needs TLC.

Accommodated our family easily. There were some issues with their HVAC system and the owner brought out a mechanic. It was too hot to sleep upstairs where all the rooms were for 1/2 our stay. Luckily we were able to all stay downstairs. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

As a small group of family and friends we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The host was very accommodating and addressed one minor concern ad resolved it quickly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again !

Wish we had more time in this amazing house. There was so much space and such a great price for 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The place was not meticulously clean but the space and price… I would stay here again. The owner was pleasant to work with and responsive to texts.

Family ca.e up from Louisiana for Meadowdale's Class of 2023 graduation ceremony. My family from there is over 15 people. Only 11 came of various ages. This property was more than perfect for them. It's ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and very well managed. They stayed 3 days and hated leaving. I'm so appreciative of the opportunity to use this property. Communication with the owner/property manager was awesome as well 👏

The house was everything we needed. The kids loved the theatre room downstairs and the adults appreciated the kitchen and living room upstairs. Was definitely what our large family needed for our quick trip and will stay again if we are back at the same competition.

The property was spacious and had plenty of room and beds for our group. The host was responsive. I recommend this location.

I was really upset that the house was not very clean. There was popcorn left over in the entertainment seats, nerf gun ammo left laying around, stains all over the carpet, dishwasher didn’t work, the entertainment room tv didn’t have the remote so that didn’t work, one of the couches had a big rip in the arm, and the stairs were not vacuumed. Positives. I was able to go in early because no one rented it the night before and the pool table was fun (even though some sticks were broken). Having the big space for everyone was great as well.

The house was very clean and very spacious. There were lots of beds, bathrooms, and dining space. The location is quiet but with easy access to major roads and the airport to get places. The owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We had 13 people there and had lots of room. We will definitely stay here again.
