Situated in Rio Rancho, this charming house for $80 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy this luxurious master suite located on the west side of Albuquerque! Features a California king-sized bed, private entry into the property, and an attached master bathroom. A small kitchenette is located inside the room with a french press, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks variety K-Pods and bar area. All utilities are included, smart tv, netflix, and wifi is provided. Spacious covered outdoor entry and seating area makes for a phenomenal area to enjoy your morning coffee. All essentials are included at the property to ensure you have an elevated experience. This room is attached to a house but the space is kept private and completely separate from the rest of the home. There is one parking space in the driveway on the right hand side, or plenty of street parking. This unit now has a mini split to keep you at the perfect temperature all year long. We only accept SMALL dogs in this property and they CAN'T be left alone. Read below for more details. Located on the west side of ABQ, you'll be minutes from Cottonwood Mall, lots of eateries, and shopping near by! The bed was good and the bathroom was clean. Access easy and location good. BUT, you can hear the people who live in the house…their dog barking, their conversations (not just noise but enough I could hear the conversation sometimes, which means they could hear me too!!). MOST importantly, although you enter through 2 locked doors into the house, there is NO LOCK on the door to the room. WHAT??? The rug in the main room (the only one) is FILTHY. Some work needed to justify this cost

This suite was beautiful and a perfect place for our trip to Albuquerque for the balloon Fiesta. High on a hill it overlooks the city. Easy driving to Old Towne and the Fiesta. Highly recommend this stay.

The place was magnificent and priced perfectly. I ran into the owner one morning and was greeted warmly and thanked for choosing to stay here. Imagine that! A Landlord who actually appreciates her clientele and treats them with gratitude, politeness and courtesy. I’ll be looking for more properties by this owner on future trips to Albuquerque.

We enjoyed our short stay at Sol y Suenos! It was in a perfect location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed all the little extras that were supplied for our stay. (Complimentary drinks, snacks, and toiletries). It was obvious that the owner takes great pride in the space. It was easy to book, and the quick communication was much appreciated!

The property was great. But there was a significant problem: the Wi-Fi did not allow my computer to work for the 4 days I was there. On a number of occasions, a TV program would stop, and there was nothing I could do to make it continue to "run". I had to select another program, and the same thing would happen. So, there must be a major improvement in the Wi-Fi system or I would not recommend the site.

This colorful, charming studio feels like coming home. After exploring wondrous Albuquerque by day we returned to a safe haven and slept deeply, woke up refreshed, and watched hot air balloons through the windows.
