HOUSE RULES: 1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest. 9) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am. 10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
