Welcome to our beautiful updated condo. Enjoy gazing up and down the coast of Seaside steps from the promenade. With a location right on the Seaside Promenade and two blocks south of Broadway, you can easily take a walk or bike ride to friendly eateries, antique stores, souvenir shops, and family-friendly attractions. Our condo feels both breezy and cozy, with large picture windows and fireplace. The entire condo has been totally renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances, new floors and gorgeous bathrooms. Fully stocked with all you need. Your home away from home!

Spent 5 nights at this property and enjoyed every moment. There were 2 of us and we had plenty of room. Both the King bed and the Murphy bed were very comfortable. The host was wey agreeable and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and well supplied.Location? GREAT! Right on the promenade which made easy walking to restaurants and shopping. The view cannot be beat.This property will be my go-to lodging if and when I rerurn

This property is a luxurious gem. Everything from the decor, linens, and well stocked kitchen says high end. The views are incredible and half the price of the building next door, ) they even provide beach mats, scrabble, puzzles, etc. absolutely incredible, would rate 10/10. There is nothing I could think of to improve it in any way,
