It was fairly close to the station, also with a conbini nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included was nice.
Expensive for what it was, however we did go during a busier time, so that justifies it a little.

The staff was kind and they offered many free amenities (i.e. breakfast, humidifiers, laundry, etc.) The location was good and near the station.
The beds aren't the softest, but the room is comfortable enough for a short stay.

On entering the lobby staff is very welcoming and there is self-help coffee and tea. Lounge is bright. What's more, there is a happy hour where some drinks are being offered. Thrown into the rate is a free breakfast with hot and cold options. Its shared facilities are clean and there is no wait for the showers. The single room itself is basic but serves well for sleep. My friends got a family room where there is a tatami space for some gathering and chats. There is a bit of a walk to JR I reckon it's like 7 mins but leave extra time for catching shinkansen as it's across the track on the other side through the station underpass.
The entrance is a bit hard to find as it's on side street but google map gives the impression that it's on main street. Nothing much really.

This is a phenomenal budget hotel - for this price you get a spacious room with toilet, shared but private showers, free breakfast, free coffees and juices all day and free wine between 5-8pm, free bicycle hire, and a view of Fujisan from the upper floors!!!! Do not hesitate, book!
