For my 2nd time an amazing resort for relaxation
A beautiful private beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Perfect coral reefs.
The staffs 're friendly and helpfully.. Especially Mr Tamer from the reception.
Housekeeping and beach boys are good and helpful.
Pool's clean.
Animation team's are very nice.
Close to Hurghada city center and the marina.
The food is terrible, It has no taste and no variety. Even my first time was very good.
Juices are just colored water, It has absolutely no taste.
Lack of security at the beach to limit violations or problems especially sharing beach with Tiba compound.
Beach restaurant has limited foods for lunch time

2 different restaurants is there and food was very good in those resturants especially pizza in Italian restaurant. Room service is very well they clean our room everyday. Staff was so kind. Beach is so beautiful and animations were so much fun.
Food needs improvement. It was always similar type and deserts wasn’t good. Some waiter wasn’t so nice and didn’t bring beverages in dinner time. No ice cream for adults even we mentioned to staff that we are all inclusive.

You have to cross the road to access the beach
Hotel is too small
Aqua park pool is not clean at all
Staff are not helpful at all except for the housekeeping
Main bathrooms are not clean and no one is available to clean it.
Cleanliness of the hotel in general is not good in restaurants too
It is too small for the amount of guests it accepts
