We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in appartement Le Contempo aan het meer van Annecy. Het appartement is ruim, de ligging met zicht op het meer van Annecy is geweldig. Het is heerlijk rustig en het zwembad voor de deur is heerlijk (al was het water nu wel koud in september). De checkin procedure van Anna was ook super, zonder haar daadwerkelijk gezien te hebben, maar alle instructies waren helder en duidelijk.
Er zijn een paar aandachtspunten die wat ons betreft beter zouden kunnen om een verblijf in Le Contempo nog beter te maken.
- Parkeren in de plaats is in het hoogseizoen een probleem en we snappen dat jullie daar geen invloed op hebben, maar het zou van grote toegevoegde waarde zijn als er meer informatie wordt verstrekt waar je wel en niet kunt parkeren in de plaats. Nu was het zoeken en dit zorgde voor toch wel wat stress, die je niet wilt hebben op je vakantie;
- In het appartement dienen een aantal relatief kleine punten aangepakt te worden (gordijnroede zat niet meer in de muur, aanrechtblad was met tape vastgezet, kraan die los zat, één van de wastafels loopt het water niet goed weg, etc.) Dit zijn relatief kleine dingen, maar even goed laten oppakken zorgt voor nog meer comfort van het appartement.

The location was excellent, very close to boulangerie, corner shop, pizzeria and bus stop. There was a stupendous view of the lake and only a 20 minute walk to the local beaches. The apartment was very spacious and luxurious with basically a private swimming pool (shared with about three other apartments)
For anyone who finds stairs difficult, it would not be ideal as one has to go down three flights of stairs to the front door.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et la vue est splendide. Nous avons également apprécié la belle piscine à débordement.
Le prix est excessif au vu des prestations : lavabo bouché (qui a été débouché), verres en plastique, tringles à rideaux brinquebalantes, coussins extérieurs sales, matériel défectueux (crochets, poubelles). Odeur de renfermé dans les chambres. Une des deux chambres est sombre.
