Lake Annecy - Sevrier: Located 3 mins from the historic center and the old town of Annecy, this typical Annecy house on the lake can accommodate 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 open kitchen, the bike path and lake are 200m away. The municipal beach at 800m.
The house is located in a hamlet of historic houses, very quiet.
Completely renovated house. Comfort.

Possibility of fitting out the rooms with two double beds 180X200 or 4 single beds 90X200.
Other remarks
A DEPOSIT of 900 Euros will be requested and not cashed (By check or cash) for the stay and returned upon your departure if nothing has been damaged.

Excellent all around. The property is conveniently located for all of your activities. A cycling paradise that offers something for all ability levels with immediate access to cycle path/road that allows complete transit around the lake. If you desire something more challenging you can be on major categorized climbs that have been featured in Grand Tours and when complete you can refresh in the clear blue waters of Lake Annecy. Once complete for the day, you can return to the well equipped and thoughtfully assembled property. All of the space you need for a family with comfortable bedding, plenty of family room sitting, and a well well equipped kitchen for preparing meals.Not on the property owner, but do not trust google/Apple Maps for navigation to the property as they will direct you past and around to a non-access point.Would definitely return and highly recommended.

Richard is an amazing host. Very clean and high quality everything. Great spot out of the bustle of downtown Annecy and close to the lake and fun.

Beautiful house spotlessly clean in a quiet location on the shore of Lake Annecy. Adjacent to the cycle path and four bicycles available for guests use so was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.
