Great location - lovely people.

No breakfast avaliable - the on site cafe was mediocre - not open early and closed Wednesday. The hot water wasn't working on the first day.

The TV provision wasn't very good - very little choice.

Not Recommended – Poor Value for Money

The hotel looks relatively new and is generally as shown in the photos. The area is quiet.

- No air conditioning in the bedroom, only one unit in the living room, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable in September. This should be clearly stated in the room description. - There were many ants throughout the room and bathroom every day, including inside my luggage. No coffee machine, kettle, welcome water, or even empty glasses. - My room (1011) was on the third floor in a building with no elevator, with no assistance available for luggage. - The location is quiet but around 18 minutes’ walk from the centre and 30 minutes from Balmins Beach. The swimming pool is very small and not really usable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel considering the price and the facilities provided.

Ok but very noisy

Like the outdoor eating area but the evening menu was really limited

Shower head was broken. The tiles needed re grouting. Big hole in the wall that someone had tried to fill with expanding foam. Ridiculous amount of noise all around us. Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything from neighbours till after 3am in the morning. Could hear the showers and toilets next door. Could even hear them urinating in the toilet. No lift ! No tea and coffee making and no plates and crockery, so what was the point of providing a dining table and chairs. No online tv channels so tv was useless as all channels were Spanish. None of the menus had English translation, even though many of the residents were British when we stayed there
