The location was very good, easy walk to the station and to old town center. The apartment is amazing, spotless, very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Silvia, was most helpful. We definitely will return to Annabella and I recommend this apartment to everyone who visits Bolzano.

Property was exactly as reflected in the photos on booking.com. Clean and well equipped and washing machine was really welcome.
The location wasn’t too far from the centre and convenient to train station and cable
Cars etc - probably a 10-15 min walk. However, the residential block the apartment was in looked run down (also directions to find the property weren’t great and couldn’t get the owner on the phone to let us in - thankfully another resident happened to come by and let us in!). The lift was also out of order so we had to carry our luggage up the winding stairs. In terms of the immediate locality - there is a handy co-op a few doors down and a bar and a restaurant and a takeaway pizza place in the street but that’s it, the rest of the area felt a bit run down and very much like the back-end of the town. I suppose it was good value overall.

Apartment is very convenient to the town, train station, bus station and the Ritten cable car. It had all the amenities for a great stay including a great supermarket next door.

Posizione appartamento buona. Un po lontana dal centro ma comunque a pochi minuti dalla stazione, senza valige un volo con valige comunque fattibile.
Aria condizionata. Lavatrice/asciuga , micronde , lavastoviglie comoda . Discreta fornitura di prodotti per la casa
Supermercati ( due , uno economico uno coop ) sotto casa con bar e ristorante
Bus sotto casa che portano in centro e stazione con la tessera che fanno compresa al soggiorno è ottimo
La zona è quel che è . Alle 21 di sera tornati dal centro scena di prostituzione in pieno giorno ancora proprio sotto casa . La zona a quanto so, non è il massimo e lo ha dimostrato anche a noi.
Manca decisamente un forno. Essendo un appartamento con cucina indipendente per lunghi soggiorni sicuramente sarebbe comodo per cucinarsi qualcosa , probabilmente è più comodo far a meno di un microonde che di un forno almeno per la mia esperienza ma non solo se leggo le recensioni anche degli altri
La posizione dell alloggio così e così. Condominio un po ma tenuto . Ambiente molto spartano e poco elegante

Cuscini inesistenti ho dormito una settimana sul divano impossibile stare a letto con quelli.
Probabilmente ho un senso della privacy alto io ma siamo stati sempre a serranda chiusa perché comunque “circondati” a vista da chi sta fuori con tende bianche trasparenti, non ho goduto minimamente del panorama
Doccia strana . Per farla dovevi allagare tutto. Non ho capito perché non hanno proseguito con la chiusura della doccia , bastava un vetro in più, mistero
Bolzano è una città molto cara e il prezzo dell’alloggio era sicuramente in linea ma per l’alta cifra spesa forse mi aspettavo un alloggio più pratico , comodo ed esteticamente più gradevole in ogni suo aspetto
