Management were incredibly unhelpful leading up to the stay especially considering the absurd requirements for linen.
The apartment had broken glass which when notified there was no response.
Cockroaches in the apartment and a dirty blanket in the cupboard.

Bigger print re needing to take own linen. This was a surprise but fortunately there was a laundromat who hired linen and towels.
I think previous people who had forgotten their linen had used the duvet and pillow slips instead, as they didn't look or feel clean
