Great location in central Verona, handy for shopping, restaurants and the Arena. The air conditioning was very useful during the "heat bomb"! - it was too hot to venture outside for long in the afternoons so didn't make use of the terrace or balcony. This will be our first choice on our next visit to Verona. Just be aware that there are 60 steps up to the 3rd floor and no lift
Just be aware that there are 60 steps up to the 3rd floor and no lift, not a problem for us (yet!). Electrics tripped on day 1 and the handbook instructions could have been clearer - but phone call to helpline soon resolved.

Location is perfect. Not too far from Saba Asenale Parking and close to all main attractions.
Internet - works only in the small lounge/kitchen. No signal in bedrooms. Air conditioner works on bedrooms and has no impact in Lounge/kitchen. So when it hot, you stay out of the only room with wifi. A quirky place that really does not know what it wants to be. On paper it sounds great but in reality not a recommend. Not a place where you want to spend time, which is great if you chasing the sights, but then why pay a premium for an apartment. Washing machine was a great. Outside balcony was great.
