Very good information regarding reaching property, well organised and equipped inside property.
There is nothing really, maybe some shelves in bathroom to put toiletries.

A beautiful flat with a touch of seaside chic, a 1 minute walk to the beach, the pier and the lovely town of Walton on the Naze.
There was absolutely nothing not to like.

Good location and nicely decorated with all the things you need. A parking space was also a bonus. Owners were very helpful to deal with too.
The bed was on the small side and some railings on the stairs would be great as they are steep. It’s difficult to access if you have mobility issues.

Flat was lovely. Very clean and nicely decorated.
The flat was very nice. There was an issue that it wasn't obvious it was a basement/lower ground floor flat from the booking description. When we tried to use the key to access the ground floor flat the alarm was wet off.
The images show views of the beach seeming to indicate views from the flat. Also no door numbers at the time to show flat a/b and the spare key if the electronic lock fails gives access to the ground floor flat.
