Clean, spacious, well equipped and perfect location for a coastal, wildlife watching and walking break in one of Englands most beautiful coastal places.
The 10am checkout felt too strict, 10:30 or better 11 would have been more appropriate and aligned to the majority of places we’ve stayed in the UK.

Location was great and easy to find
Early check in would have been great

The location was excellent
The patio and some areas inside had a lot of cobwebs and could have been cleaned better, The windows where dirty outside so maybe a little more care there needed, The cupboard where the plates and bowls where located was very musky damp smelling so we had to wash the plates bowls but that might be just us but the smell was bad, There was 6 light bulbs not working and none of the exterior lights worked which was a bit of a pain but we was there 2 days so not hugely significant.

Lovely lodge . Nice and clean, had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Will definitely stay again when site fully open.
Bit disappointed that nothing was open on site, thought that 1 restaurant would be open to get food our drinks but no. Went into town for food so all good.
